The nickel ABR-1 bridge has the correct "Made in Japan" text on the underside. The electronics are all untouched, with nickel pickup covers on the P-90s and the gold reflector cap knobs on the Volume and Tone controls are original. The condition is very nice for a Japanese Casino. It’s nice and light for a Bigsby model at 3.1kg with a very comfortable 3-piece maple neck on the slightly thinner side. The modern Chinese guitars can't touch them. The build quality is exceptional and to us, the Terada models feel like no other casinos. Japanese Epiphone Casinos are consistently superb in our opinion, we have never had one we didn't love. These are the guitars that precede the modern Elitist line. It’s one of the essential rock & roll hollow-bodies. Built in Japan at the Terada factory this is the guitar made famous by The Beatles, especially loved by John Lennon, even into his solo career. This is one of the rarest iterations of the Japanese Casinos, we don’t find these Bigsby equipped models often, especially combined with fret-end binding. More Japanese Epi Casino goodness here with some Rock & Roll royalty in this all original Japanese Terada-built Epiphone Bigsby-equipped Casino in Antique Sunburst finish from 1993.
